It depends on what's moving and why. A few carbon fiber straps on an early-stage bowing wall is a very different project from piering a settled corner of the house. Rather than quote a range that won't match your home, we inspect first and give you a written, itemized estimate at no charge.

Are all foundation cracks a structural problem?

No. Thin vertical cracks in poured concrete are often shrinkage from the original cure and are mostly cosmetic. Horizontal cracks, stair-step cracks in block, and cracks wider than about a quarter inch usually mean the wall is under pressure or the footing has moved. Can I wait and see if it gets worse?
