After 16 successful years leading marketing and strategy at Owens Corningโ€”and a prior career with the U.S. Air Forceโ€”Trey McNamee traded in corporate life to build something of his own. Seven years ago, he co-founded Foamworks Concrete Leveling with his brother-in-law, driven by a vision to redefine the construction industry and what homeowners can expect from a contractor.

Armed with a Bachelorโ€™s in Marketing and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, Trey leads the charge in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Finance at Foamworks. His day-to-day is all about growth, strategy, and making sure the Foamworks name stands for trust and outstanding service.

Treyโ€™s proudest accomplishment? Helping build a company and culture that enriches livesโ€”from the team on the ground to the homeowners they serve. His favorite part of the job is simple but powerful: helping people and showing whatโ€™s possible when passion and purpose align.

When heโ€™s not driving the business forward, Trey stays active with travel, snow skiing, water sports, volleyball, pickleball, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
