Seawall repair using PolyLevel®
FoamWorks Concrete Leveling helps eliminate voids in soil and stops seawall movement by injecting polyurethane foam into the soil on the dirt side of the wall. This innovative solution is called PolyLevel®. The foam then expands to fill in any gaps and stabilize surrounding soils. This solution seals off areas of concern and prevents more soil from escaping into the water.
While this process happens, our team uses a deep injection pin between five and ten feet long to start pumping the foam into the soil, raising the pin gradually to ensure proper coverage. Once the voids are filled, we remove excess material and fill low areas with topsoil.
Advantages of PolyLevel:
- \Non-invasive process
- \Fraction of the cost of traditional seawall repair options
- \Efficiently fills voids to stabilize surrounding soils
- \Waterproof and won't wash out
- \Quick cure time
- \Provides a barrier against future soil erosion
- \Environmentally friendly
