This homeowner reached out to us regarding a portion of sidewalk that was starting to sink next to her porch.  They also had a section of sidewalk, at the end of their drive, that had an area sinking and allowing water to pool every time it rained. Our sales representative went out and was able to give a free estimate on the spot!

We were able to schedule one of our concrete crews out in a timely manner to get started. They were able to not only lift and level the sidewalk next the porch, but also level the sidewalk at the end of the drive eliminating the standing water issues. Way to go team! Another satisfied customer! 

The owner called in with concerns about their pool deck.  They were looking to sell their house and wanted to add as much value as possible.  Their pool was in great condition, but some of the concrete around the pool was starting to sink and the caulking was cracking.  Cassidy in our office set up a free inspection. Matt met the owner, addressed their concerns, and performed a full inspection of the property.  He came up with a plan to lift the settled concrete and re-caulk all the joints on the pool deck.  The crew came out and was able to lift and level all the concrete, remove the existing caulk, and re-caulk all the joints with caulking that matches the existing concrete.  The pool deck looks like the rest of the pool and is ready for sale. 

The customer called in and requested we come out to take a look at her front walkway and three other areas around their pool deck. They specifically called because they didn't want mudjacking. Once the free estimate was complete, they decided they wanted some time to review it. Our sales rep took a look at the wife's mother's house as well, and followed up a few days later, and they both decided to move forward with our Polylevel Injection technology. The project was completed and both the couple and their mother were very happy with our work.

The customer had found us on google, and called in to see if we could help with a crack in his patio that had also settled. The crack was quite large, and had become a tripping hazard. Our office was more than happy to set him up with an appointment for our sales representative to come out and give him a free estimate. He decided to go with our company the same day. A few days later, our office called him with an installation date, which he said worked just fine for him. The project went very well, and we were able to lift the concrete using our Polylevel injection technology, and fill the crack using Nexus Pro.

This customer called in requesting someone come out to look at his sidewalk, a concrete slab, and his driveway. The sidewalk and the concrete slab needed to be leveled and the driveway was cracked. Our office set up the appointment for the free estimate, and when the day came, our sales representative went out there and took a look. When the appointment was finished, the customer wanted to look over the different plans and make a decision later. He called in the next day and said he was ready to move forward. He had decided on our winter installation deal. Our office had called to give him his installation date, and he was happy with it. Once the job was finished, he was very happy with our work.
