Lifting and stabilizing the back porch of a 4-unit apartment building in Sylvania, OH

Challenge

The back porch of a 4-unit apartment building, that held Central A/C units for the apartments, was gradually sinking, causing noticeable unevenness and creating a void underneath. 

Solution

Using PolyLevel, we filled the void and leveled the concrete to eliminate trip hazards and water pooling.

We then sealed all of the cracks and joints with NexusPro to prevent future damage caused by water erosion.
